Hello! My name is Sucharita Laskar, and I’m excited to be part of the Crescent Capital Planning team as a Client Success Associate. With an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering degree, I bring a diverse background spanning consulting, technology, and advertising to my role.
I began my career in account management and marketing at technology firms, and later at Deloitte, where I focused on building strong client relationships, executing branding projects, collaborating with global teams, and delivering tailored solutions for clients in the technology sector, including Apple and Google.
At Crescent Capital Planning, I am passionate about client success—ensuring that every interaction adds value and trust. My focus is on creating seamless onboarding experiences, solving problems with empathy and efficiency, and providing personalized support so clients feel confident and empowered on their financial journey. These priorities align closely with our firm’s mission to deliver education-first, client-centered financial guidance.
Outside of work, I enjoy creative writing, tending to my patio garden, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with family and friends.
